Please go back to sending us paper bills through the postal service. Your website is useless. Every time I try to pay a bill on-line, nothing ever works!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm SICK of it. How do you expect people to pay their bills on time if your website doesn't work, there's no phone number that I can find and nobody is ever available for on-line support. I don't have hours to spend trying to get this thing to work. And I don't even have an address to send a check to. Sorry to see that I'm not the only one having this problem. And gratified to see that it's not a problem with my computer. PLEASE GET THIS FIXED!!!!!!!!!!!!!
