Hello,

I have been trying to get credit and stop the billing of the HD DVR that I returned in August. I entered a chat with a representative who said that he was  opening a ticket for me and I would be contacted. I have not been contacted, no emails. and I am still being charged for this non-existant DVR. Please, someone, help me with this issue. And no, I don't want to waste my Sunday afternoon on the phone. Just please.

A private support case that was opened for you in your earlier thread was closed because you never responded to the agents' questions about your issue.  Would you like us to reopen the support case so that you may correspond with an agent?
