Two days ago, I called tech support and was given the info I needed.
Received an email saying I had opened ticket ({edited for privacy}) but I did not. It said to call
and cancel if service is not needed. I DID call and cancel, but ticket still shows as open.
I hope this is just the way the system works as I don't need assistance and refuse to pay
if a tech shows up!

The tech did call me about a half hour ago and was ready to come, but I told
him that I was up and running. He said "Great, now I can have a good lunch."
Not sure why the ticket wasn't closed out. Oh well, all is good.
