The options under "My Verizon" are all greyed out. And I see "There was an error in retrieving your billing information. Please try again later." in my verizon homepage. This has been the case for a month. I have tried chat customer service, which directed me to call billing department. After waiting on the phone for half an hour, the agent on the phone told me I shall be able to do it online next day. It has been a week since the call, and I still cannot pay/view my bill. I have wasted enough time clearing cache, changing browser, downloading the MyFios app which also did not work. If this does not get resolved, I will file a FCC complaint to raise attention as other posts in this forum has suggested. Thanks.
