Impossible to get help on billing issues

Chat doesn't work myFiOS doesn't work, there is no number to call.
I just moved and I APPEAR to have three accounts. One has a small credit balance, one has a larger credit balance, and one is in arrears by a week or so. I CANNOT get access to the one that is in arrears and have not idea how to get to it. None of my userids work, and I have NO paper bill so I don't know my account number.
Did I mention that there is no one that I can find who can help me???
