Improve your online account registration, please!

I recently tried to register.  I was required to either receive a "code" via text or email.  It does not come right away.  As a matter of fact, I never saw it come at all.  Now I am trying to log on and pay my bill, again.  It is still requiring that code.  I have now selected email.  IT has still not arrived.  Now, I have many many online accounts that I have registered for and I cannot think of ANY of them that require the user to "pause" and wait for who knows how long to receive a code so I can finally get into my account for the first time.  Really?  Please!  Improve your process so the user can just sign on, get to the account and pay their bill.  This is my idea.

Sorry you are having difficulty with online registration. An agent with access to your account will reach out to you directly by email, private message in the Forums and/or the billing telephone number on your Verizon account for more information or to help you resolve your issue.
