Incorrect billing for months

I bought an international Plan for my wife while traveling abroad.

It was supposed to last only one month. When my wife returned I called and canceled it. But, the billing continued. I called 4 times so far. Every time a rep told me they will top additional billing and return the funds used. Unfortunately, they still keep billing me.

What to do? talking to Verizon is not helping.
