Mine increased by $7, with this note on my account:
"Bundle Activity
A Bundle Change [FROM] "OLO BQT Enhanced Double Bundle FE+HSI(L)" [TO] "OLO BQT Enhanced Double Bundle FE+HSI(L)" took place on your account 4/07/2016."
I did not instigate the change. Is this increase a way for Verizon to "encourage" subscribers to move to fios?
No online support is available now, due to the strike. I got sent into a loop to go back to support from the robo-agent.
