Under my primary account I have one sub account for a household member. Is there a way to give the sub account full administrative rights so that it can view the bill, make payments, view the telephone calls and voice mail? This instructions via Verizon do not seem to take me to an area where I can do anything with sub accounts other than to create and/or delete.
It sounds like you might have already seen this

If the info you need isn't there, your best bet is to contact Verizon for tech support.
