Is your website compatible with Edge browser? Because single signon does not work...

I get an email telling me to look at my bill. I click on provided link, after I log in, I am at Residental Home Page. I click on Wireless, it wants me to log in again. I log in and it takes me to Residental Home Page. Endless loop...

Please fix this ASAP!
