It wanted an answer to a secret question that I did not select and wouldn't let me in despite I had the correct username and password. The technician on the phone kept insisting the system worked perfectly and kept sniffing into the phone loudly. Eventually the one question we did answer came up and I was able to get the second machine in. Verizon, you have a system problem here besides your customer service reps, a broken system.
