Instead of working with your customers about pricing you just let them go to Comcast!!!!!!
We pay our bills on time and when pricing keeps going up every MONTH, we call asking why and your customer service staff just says prices are going up every where!
You can work with us and say I see you pay your bill on time every month, let me see what discount I can offer you, and try to keep us as a Fios customer.
Sometimes just $20 dollars less would make the difference!!
Verizon, wake up and smell the coffee!!
Verizon did give me a reward when I renewed my contract. Their price is very competitive with Comcast, but if you can do better, why not just switch.
You realize that $20 less is $240/ year or nearly $500 over a two year contract.
That may be the point of losing money.
Not every company will match any price to keep a customer (at least the good ones wont).
