Login issues ever since i've had FiOs

hi, ever since i've had fios (since feb 2010) when i try to login to my verizon to view my bill or try to adjust my plan, it always gives me this message,

We are unable to process your request at this time.
Please try again later. We apologize for any inconvenience.
is this fixable?
