For about a week I have to login to the Verizon homepage every time I visit. There have been no changes to my computer or browser settings that would account for this. What makes it really strange is that I get the "Welcome Walt Sign Out" message! That would seem to indicate I am logged in as I didn't use to get that welcome if I wasn't logged in. Any ideas?

Sorry to hear that you are having problems. Can I just ask, have you cleared your cache and then tried to sign-in again?
