Loss of Function in MyVerizon

Can no longer view the calling features, call logs, and voice mail for all three of my phone numbers on MyVerizon as I was able to do just three weeks ago.  Spoke with 4 Verizon reps over the past hour and a half with all but the last telling me that I should still be able to view those services for each of all three phone lines on a single MyVerizon login ID and PW.  The last rep gave me a lame excuse that as a result of Verizon merging Verizon.net and Verizon.com, I would no longer be able to view all the services for all three phone numbers on a single login ID and PW but would have to set up a new MyVerizon login for each phone number.  That still does not explain why the initial MyVerizon login shows one phone number as my homephone but does not give me access to the calling features, call log, and voice mail for that number but does give me access to those functions for another of my numbers.  Is anyone else experiencing this loss of functionality in MyVerizon?
