As my two year agreement comes to an end, it's disappointing that there is no incentive for a customer to stay with FIOS via special loyalty pricing. I've called and chatted, even looking at internet only. The price for one service is $10 less than the bundle price I had started with for three services. Perhaps this is something they can work on in the future. Given the install to set up FIOS, I would think that would have been a consideration. Good product, otherwise.
