As I know the landlord request to have the complex wired by Verizon FIOS. I currently have extreme plus 50/20 plus home phone an as moving to this location no service at all the only the offered I'd the regular land line. I don't know why Verizon refuse to wired when there is a lot of tenants that would love to have another option than Xfinty. So I moving in 2 month there and thank to FIOS I will need to Move to Xfinty. Just because they reject to run the fiber
