My 92 year old mother can't get her phone reconnected!!

I paid off my mother's bill because she was in the hospital for three months and the customer service rep SWORE that she would be reconnected within 24 hours.  that was 5 days ago and she still has no service.  This is an outrage and I am thinking of going to the TV news and letting Verizon speak on the air aobut how they can't filp a switch to reconnect her!!!  i don't know what to do and all their offices are closed on Saturday!

We are sorry you are having difficulty wtih this issue.  An agent with access to your account will reach out to you directly by email, private message in the Forums and/or the billing telephone number on your Verizon account  for more information or help you resolve your issue.
