Is anyone else experiencing problems with their Verizon 2.0/ Verizon Central being slow and clunky or locking up alot? I don't understand. It starts eating up all kinds of memory and locking up internet explorer for a minute or 2 before moving onto the next page.

I just checked an the pages seem to be running OK now. Might have been a server issue at the time you were trying to access.
You might want to clear your browser cache and cookies. Sometime IE itself runs slow and that might help.

I did clear my cookies, yesterday. I don't know however how to clear my browser Cache. I do know that it is still running slow for me and locking up Internet Explorer. Do I need to change my browser carrier?

MyVerizon 2.0 seems to be a resource hog. I don't want to log into it automatically and I don't want to have it try to start up everytime I exit Verizon webmail.
How can I accomplish this? How do I simply use thte webmail that was quick and limited to only the email service?

Go to and use http://webmail.verizon.com/
Does that help you?

At this point you wouldn't be talking about Verizon 2.0. That's long gone. The new and improved version has recently been going through a bunch of new release pains. It is starting to be better but was originally very buggy. And of course confusing for those who knew where the features they wanted were on the old 2.0 system but couldn't locate them on the new release

Hello LFORD1935
Please try clearing your cached, and then try a different browser if necessary.
