I am trying to use the My Verizon web site.
When I select the "Change My Plan" option from the Account Options Wireless tab, my browser hangs.
This happens at my home and work.
What is (not) happening?

I heard there were some times yesterday when the site was running slowly. Should be resolved by now. Please try again.
