My account expired at the end of July and after chatting several times online, I was confirmed that my renew rate will keep the same as original. However I got my bill today and the amount is higher than what I was confirmed.
I have the orginal web chat record on file and I am just wondering how I can get this solved.

The first thing you should do is call the billing department and see if they can check their records and confirm there is an error.
