I received an email stating to go to the My Verizon website at www.myverizon.com to change my current user ID because as of September 30th, my current ID will no longer work. Well, I logged onto the new website, but was not prompted to change my user ID as the email stated. I tried logging in on 3 different computers & also tried with Firefox, IE8 & IE7. I was never prompted to change my ID. What am I to do if I need to change it before Sept 30? Any advise would be greatly appreciated.
