Has no idea about a past due balance. Received 0 communication on an account when I have 2 accounts with you. You had my phone number, email and billing. When I received a collection notice I was shocked. It was for $100. 9 years with this phone service and 2 accounts I’ve never had this happen. I call your customer service, give my name and phone number they show now past due, call collection agency and the tell me I have one. Call back to your customer service trying to get to the bottom, why I received no bill or any communication and come to find out the last name was spelled wrong. I immediately paid. Your customer service agent omitted it was their error and that was why I got no notification. Told me to contact all 3 agencies to dispute. I just got notification you won’t remoce it. After 9 years and two accounts I would have paid $100 if I knew.
