Negative balance

Hi.  I canceled my service at the end of my contract with Verizon.  I have been advised that I have a negative balance due of over $110.  Will I receive a refund check?  Thanks,

Verizon normally issues refunds via check within 8 weeks to the address on file.

however I would call 1-800-VERIZON to make sure.

If you don’t get it back you can file an online complaint with the 

http://www3.dps.ny.gov/ocs/itgate.nsf/(webDPS_welcome)?OpenForm

Since you are a NY resident it can be handled very quickly through this agency.
