I see others have also never received their Netflix redemption offer email. So, posting here so that a Serv Rep can escalate as necessary! Service was renewed 2 months ago.

I just chatted w/a Rep -- I will have to call to finalize things though.

I'll keep this open, until it's finally resolved.
