I have spoken with at least three customer service representatives online as well as two specific promotions representatives via phone and everyone asssured me back in January, Februrary, and March of this year that my $100 gift card would be emailed or mailed to me as part of the promotion for signing up with a two year contract. Now that they have me locked in, I still have not received my gift card either by mail or email and in the online status page, it just shows 'pending'. I'm very unhappy about the situation as this promotion was promised to me for signing up. Not a very nice bait-and-switch tactic.
