Your issue has been escalated to a Verizon agent. Please go to your profile page for the forum, and look in the middle, right at the top where you will find an area titled "My Support Cases". You can reach your profile page by clicking on your name beside your post, or at the top left of this page underneath the title of the board.
Under “My Support Cases” you will find a link to the private board where you and the agent may exchange information. This should be checked on a frequent basis as the agent may be waiting for information from you before they can proceed with any actions. Please keep all correspondence regarding your issue in the private support portal.
If a forum member gives an answer you like, give them the Kudos they deserve. If a member gives you the answer to your question, mark the answer that solved your issue as the accepted solution.

I am in the same boat as you. Verizon keeps stating that we only quailfy for one or the other, not both.
I have tried to talk to managers / different support reps, but they keep saying the same thing. They will not give you the discounted rate and the gift card.
There was nothing online, or in the mail flyers, that supports this statement.
Hopefully you can get both. It doesn't look like I will be able to!

Signed up on 06/28/2013, got a notice saying $300 being mailed on or after 11/03/2013 still waiting for it? please advise, checked to confirm right plan after reading the message (Check) yes

Please contact Verizon again and see if they can trace it. Then let us know how you make out.
