I signed up for service in December and part of that was a $100 Amazon Gift card. Everywhere on the site/app says it’ll be emailed to me in 1-2 days, but I never received an email.
Ive called support a couple of times and was told the first time that they couldn’t find an answer. I was then told the second time that it was mailed to my home. I never received it in the mail and it still says pending on my account. I’ve also chatted with chat support and was told the same thing.
