I signed up for Verizon at the end of 2018 and was promised a $50 Amazon Gift Card. It is July and I still have not received it. I called customer service and they escalated the issue a couple of weeks ago, right now still no response from them and no gift card. Is there anthing else I need to do to get the gift card?
