Hi,

 

I have made multiple attempts to obtain my gift card and was on the phone for 2-3 hours and had Verizon call me back twice to figure out why I cannot receive my amazon gift card. My “check rewards status” says “processing now” and to allow 30 days. I had Verizon installed right before Christmas last year and received the email to register for the gift card I believe the day after Christmas. They recent me a new code last time I called but it did nothing. I could really use this amazon gift card but it seems impossible to receive at this point. Is there anyway of receiving this gift card or could $50 be applied to my monthly bill? Why have a promotion for your service if you cannot even receive the reward for using your service?
