I order to renew my phone and internet for a new 2 year contract at $64/mo and recevied confirmation of the order and when my next bill came it was not reflected. called verizon and they said they would look into it an then when i called a gain they said they would resubmit the order. when the documentation email arrived it had no rate or sevice information. when my next bill came the rate was increased to 79.99/mo. when I called to correct them they said the orginal order was not made. This is bate and switch and I want my original order at 64/mo honored. I have my orignial order documentation showing the new order for $64/mo for double play - phone and internet

Your issue has been escalated to a Verizon agent. Please go to your profile page for the forum, and look in the middle, right at the top where you will find an area titled "My Support Cases". You can reach your profile page by clicking on your name beside your post, or at the top left of this page underneath the title of the board. you will find a link to the private board where you and the agent may exchange information.

To ensure you know when they have responded to you, at the top of your support case there is a drop down menu for support case options. Open that and choose "subscribe".This should be checked on a frequent basis as the agent may be waiting for information from you before they can proceed with any actions. Please keep all correspondence regarding your issue in the private support portal.

If a forum member gives an answer you like, give them the Kudos they deserve. If a member gives you the answer to your question, mark the answer that solved your issue as the accepted solution.
