I am very upset right now!  I was told that we wouldn't be receiving our 

first bill until 40 days after installation!!    Now, they are saying that our bill is due

Sept. 7th!!!!   We just had the stuff installed two weeks ago!!!  I am seriously 

thinking about cancelling the whole thing!  We can't even email verizon!!  

How are we supposed to get a hold of anyone?????  I am sooo upset right now!

Welcome to the forums.  You're talking mostly to other customers here.  Verizon moderators may escalate your issue to support.  If they do so, be sure to follow their instructions.

You are correct that Verizon does not do email support.  They do phone and chat.  You can reach them through this link: Contact Us.

Billing issues tend to get better support during normal business hours, so you may want to wait until Monday to call / chat them.
