No Confirmation email

I ordered the Triple Play bundle on Friday 5/18 and still have not received a confirnation email. when I log onto My Fios it just says "we are processing your order please refresh". I have cjatted with several agents who said they will resend the enail and nothing. Junk and spam folders were checked as well. 

 

Someone help please.
