I received Verizon email "It's time to redeem you holiday bonus" with instructions. But there is no link to redeem as stated in the email.
I called and chatted multiple times, got transferred multiple times and got no result to show for. There seemed to be other people experiencing the same exact issue. What is going on? Anyone ever had success in redeeming this "bonus"? Why the run around?
