I just called 1-800-VERIZON three times and got nowhere. First call, to ask why I cannot see my bill online, I did get a representative who kept putting me on hold to connect me with someonw who could help, then finally got back to me that "we're done." I said, "DONE? I haven't even spoken to anybody!" He apologized and asked me to hold again, bnut instead cut me off. Second call -- tried to ask for a representative, was told by the automated voice to hold, then got a long message in Spanish, then got cut off. Third call -- again asked to speak to a representative, got a long recorded message in Spanish, then got cut off. Conclusion: There IS no customer service at Verizon!
