Not Driving Away Faithful Customers

I have been a faithful customer for 22 years but I am now searching for another phone/Internet carrier.  You all of a sudden jumped my bill to almost $100: that with my cell phone means I'm paying $150 for communication on a fixed budget.  I am 75.

I would like that $15 credit reinstated.  My phone no. is {edited for privacy}

Truth in advertising: When I complained, the clerk reinstated $10, but when I told her I'd be next month dropping my landline, she threatened: "Well, then you'll be paying $79 for Internet access.  "  I'm paying $60 right now.  So for the same amount, I'll lose phone service and pay more for Internet service.

Y'all reallly know how to make customers love you.
