Very disappointed with the false reward offer that shows up on my fios app EVERY time I log in ! Absolutely no help from customer service which puts me on hold for over an hour every time I call .  I do not intend to renew my contract when the current one I am in ends .also have phone service with Verizon and pay close to 400$ for both . If the Verizon website shows I get a reward then they should be obliged to provide me with what is stated . Feel like I have been taken by FALSE hope and advertising !
