This inability to view or pay my bill online in now in it's second month. This is the third time I have submitted a post about this and have never heard from Verizon. I even tried to enroll in Auto Pay and now Auto Pay is not working! Needless to say once this contract is up I will not renew with Verizon, nor would I advise anyone to sign up with Verizon based on my experiences. Cox is far from perfect but when I was a customer I never had problems like this.
