ONLINE BILL PAY NOT WORKING!!!!!!!!

I am extremely upset that online bill pay is not working!  I submitted a payment, which took me all the way to confirming the payment.  When I confirmed, it got stuck on the "processing" red circle.  Now, I have absolutely NO idea if my payment will be processed.  I cannot call to submit payment because there is no way I am willing to be double charged!! HELP!!
