Online Balance Update - Once a month - Confirmed by CSR

I was surprised to see the my current balance on Verizon Residential site as double. Reached out to Verizon CSR and she confirmed that Verizon updates it once amonth even for online right after your due date...Really Verizon?? we are in 2019... So when you see upnormal numbers as your balance even after you paid, you are to reach out CSR and DO NOT trust online as Verizon still in 19th century on technology for our site on billing any payments...
