It would be great if Verizon had an Online Management system that would actually let you sign in.
I signed up for Online Management and paperless billing, etc, and for the past 3 months I have not been able to log-in to view my statement, make online payments, or print a statement to file my expense reports. No one in Verizon e-services seems to be able to help, and I was told the support policy is no one needs to even contact me with an update for a minimum of 2 months from the time the ticket is opened. It actually gets crazier - I was told I could pay by phone but they would charge me a fee. Also, since I cannot access my account and I am on paperless billing I cannot provide them my account number to validate who I am.
The great idea would be for Verizon to partner with someone who understands simple authentication technology.
