I upgraded today from just Fios Internet to Fios Internet and TV......I installed the TV HD DVR STB today and everything works fine.....
But I am trying to access it online and "Manage" my DVR etc and I keep getting an error saying it cannot connect to it and does not recognize it? What could the issue be....I also saw somewhere on my account info that I do not have a DVR which I most certainly do...
Any Help?
Wait a day. The Verizon site doesn't seem to update immediately. So your account may not be fully functional online.
