online payment link refers the account users to www.verizon.net/myaccount, which loops back to original screen for online payment. NO WAY TO MAKE A PAYMENT AVAILABLE ONLINE.

I have been having the same problem and am fed up with Verizon.
I have been trying to pay my bill online for the last 2 months and could not. I go to Verizon.net it direct me to Verizon.com to pay my bill because I have combined TV and internet, and on Verizon.com it directs me to Verizon.net
This is the worst service and bill paying experience ever.

I was able to pay my last phone/internet bill online through MyVerizon on March 22. I made a double payment as I knew I would be on vacation when my next bill was due. I have a confirmation number and the charge also came through on my credit card. However I don't know what Verizon did with my money. Landline bill access is not available online and the internet portion says I owe $40 by May 4. I should not owe Verizon anything until I get my May bill. I guess tomorrow morning I will start waiting on hold to try and figure out what is going on.
