Please get this fixed, I have been having issues with your online bill pay for a couple years, it is the reason I pay monthly through my bank. Stop the advertising attempts when I just want to view my bill. You want us to pay our bill correct? Then stop trying to sell me something else, I am not happy with my DSL nor my bill access, unfortunilty I have no other provider in my area. If I did I would drop your slow DSL immediatly.
