Opting out of Verizon Marketing E-mails

I am trying to change my account profile.  I do not want to receive any marketing e-mails from Verizon.  Three items seem to be automatically checked.  I uncheck them. I check the box that says opt out of marketing e-mails. A pop-up comes up asking if I want to opt out of all marketing e-mails. I hit submit then hit save to save the changes.  I then leave that page. When I go back to that page the three things that I unchecked are now checked and the opt-out box is now unchecked. I must have tried it 10 times. If they do not want you to make such changes in the first place don't tell us we can then do whatever they want to do.  This is frustrating and annoying.

Have you tried clearing your cookies?

Hi, I have mt computer clear out all cookies and temporary files when I log off.  I'll clear them manually and try again. Thanks.

  You could also try using a different browser (Firefox, Safari, Chrome, etc.) instead of IE, if that's

  what you're using. Browser settings seem to change when doing updates sometimes.
