Password Resets Sent To My Old Number

I've updated and verified the phone number on the profile portion of my account, but your system still sends password resets to my old number. Not secure at all.

 

Not to mention the known bug with passwords over 20 characters that has been around for years and forces some folks to reset their password every login as they can't figure it out.

 

Also, this gem when changing "Locations" for this post. I know you're corporate and the code quality is sub-par to say the least, but this is insane. Will Verizon be the next Equifax/Yahoo?
