Anyone having a problem with making a payment arrangement on my verizon? I was able to make one by Using the Verizon telephone automated system. In the past once I made a payment arrangement on the automated system it would update the arrangement online and send me an email to confirm. It has been two weeks and I haven’t received an email to confirm yet and the website still doesn’t show the arrangement. I called the automated system and it does still say I have the arrangement.
You should not have to keep taking payment arraignments on the service.
maybe the service is more than you can afford. Look into a cheaper service or if it’s because of when you get paid, call them up and ask to have your due date changed.
late payments or no payments or constant payment arraignments is not good.
