My bill has gone up twice in the last 7 months and I'm still getting the same ol' service. Not to mention the nightmare I've gone through with your customer service department since May when you starting randomly deducting my monthly payments from my ex-wife's bank account. Unfortunately you have a monopoly in my area so I guess I'm either stuck with you or I don't have internet. Either way, it's pretty obvious you don't care too much about customer satisfaction.
