I'm currently experiencing similar problems. Except in my case the payments (2) showed until I switched to Digital Voice service. Since then, not only weren't my payments showing online, a second account was added to my bill. The total charges due are well over $800, when I only owe a tiny fraction of that.
After nearly three hours on the telephone in which I've spoken to nine representatives - the problem STILL isn't fixed.
So I know exactly how you feel.
