Hello.  On 4/5/2010 we took advantage of a Verizon offer for Verizon High Speed Internet for $19.99--YOUR PRICE FOR LIFE.  "Guaranteed to never go up".  The offer was {edited for privacy}.  We live in Western Massachusetyts.  Verizon recently raised our monthly charge to $24.99.  We have literally spent hours on the phone trying to get this corrrected.  I still have the original paperwork and have faxed it twice to Verizon upon their representatives request.

I can assure you that I am still very much alive so I have kept up my end of the bargain.  Verizon, on the other hand, has not.

What would you suggest I do regarding this situation?  Please help!

Please go to your profile page for the forum by clicking on your name, and look at the top of the middle column where you will find an area titled "My Private Support Cases".
There you will find a link to the private board where you and the agent may exchange information. This should be checked on a frequent basis as the agent may be waiting for information from you before they can proceed with any actions. Please keep all correspondence regarding your issue in the private support portal.
